Inclusiveness is an important concept in the discussions concerning social justice. The idea of an inclusive society has a central place in these discussions. An inclusive education without excluding anyone based on phsical feautes, gender or any other reasons is considered a powerful instrument in achieving an inclusive society. In this study, the concepts of inclusiveness and inclusive education are examined based on the theory of justice as fairness and capabilities approach. Then the study provides a discussion on the idea of fair equality of opportunity in education.
